An amazing thing happened today.

The sun came out!


I was intrigued by it. I sat right down in front of the door to play and bask in the glow.

Road trip!

This weekend Mom and Dad and I took a little vacation up to Niagara Falls.

They got a little lost, so I had to help them with the directions.


Once I was sure I knew where they were going, I decided it was OK to play for a bit.

Then I read my book quietly for a while, and we were there in no time.


(I really was such a trooper, even when we had to sit in line for an hour and fifteen minutes to get across the border!)

It was awfully chilly out there by the Falls.


But, wow, aren't they beautiful?!

The hotel had a pool!

So I donned my big-boy swim trunks. Don't I look like a little bruiser?


And then off we went. Mom and Dad and I floated around together, but they didn't have this cool floaty seat thing like I do.


Such fun!

Manager's Reception

Every afternoon in the hotel they had free snacks. Unfortunately, most of it was stuff I didn't like. But they had pickles!


I love gnawing on pickles...


Mmmm, sour goodness.


Yummy. More please!

The drive home

After all that fun, I had to take a little nap on the drive home. What a great weekend!
